Our team of 10 seasoned professionals, led by John Safari as stage manager, showcased precision, efficiency, and expertise throughout the event. Collaborating with the talented production team at JMF Entertainment, we successfully built the massive SL450 stage in just one day, ensuring it was show-ready by day two.

The festival featured an incredible lineup of talent, from the reggae grooves of Rebelution to the iconic sounds of Cypress Hill, captivating audiences against the stunning backdrop of Lake Tahoe. However, the event was not without its challenges. When heavy storm winds, thunder, and lightning swept through the area, our team responded with professionalism and poise. We executed a safe and efficient lightning evacuation, ensuring the safety of all attendees. Just an hour later, we calmly brought everyone back to enjoy the remainder of the show, minimizing disruption and maintaining a positive experience.

Once the final notes rang out, our crew executed a rapid strike of the entire stage and production setup, completing the teardown in under six hours. This efficient wrap-up underscored our commitment to delivering top-tier results while adhering to tight timelines.
